Coda Secures Great Place To Work® Certification In Singapore for Fourth Year Running

[SINGAPORE, 25 June] – Coda, the world’s leading content monetization solutions provider, has achieved the Great Place To Work® certification for its Singapore headquarters, for the fourth year running.

The Great Place To Work® Certification recognizes employers who create an outstanding employee experience. To achieve the certification, Coda’s employees participated in a survey conducted by the Great Place To Work® Institute, which highlighted the essential aspects of Coda’s inclusive and supportive work environment.

This certification marks Coda’s enduring commitment to providing an unparalleled workplace experience for its employees. It underscores Coda’s dedication to fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment where its people can thrive.

The survey revealed that:

  • Over 98% agreed that Coda is a physically safe place to work
  • Over 96% agreed that they can take time off from work whenever necessary
  • Over 93% agreed that they are treated fairly regardless of gender and race
  • Over 93% agreed that people care about each other in Coda
